VaultSlab is an Austrian collectibles and trading card shop specializing in Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Dragon Ball Super, Naruto Mythos, and other collectibles.

In addition to sealed products, singles, and accessories, we also offer card grading and collectibles services.

Yes, we buy trading cards, collections, and select collectibles.

It's best to send us an email with photos and a brief description of your items beforehand.
Generally Can I pre-order products?
Yes, selected products are available for pre-order.

Please note that release dates may be changed by manufacturers or distributors. We will, of course, inform you of any delays.
Ordering and shipping Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship within Europe.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Actual delivery time depends on the shipping provider and destination country.

We place great importance on secure packaging.

Depending on the value and product type, cards are shipped with sleeves, toploaders, card savers, or additional protective material to prevent damage during transport as much as possible.
Ordering and shipping What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and send us photos of the packaging and the affected items.

We will review each case individually and work together to find a solution.
Ordering and shipping Can I cancel my order?
As long as an order has not yet been shipped, cancellation is generally possible.

Orders that have already been shipped are subject to the statutory cancellation policy.
